The practical questions.
What do you need from me?
Your services, service area, any photos you have, and how you want customers to reach you. One form covers it. If your photos are thin, we'll tell you which ones would help most.
How many revisions?
One consolidated round — text fixes, photo swaps, reasonable layout and color adjustments. New pages or a new direction are billable add-ons.
Where is it hosted?
Fast, secure static hosting. Manage it yourself, or add the $99/month care plan for hosting, backups, uptime checks and 30 minutes of edits.
Do I own the website?
Yes. After full payment, you own the final custom site and project-specific code, with a perpetual license to the reusable systems it's built on.
What about my domain?
Keep it where it is. At launch we point it at the new site. If you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through registering it in your own name — your domain stays yours.
Who writes the copy?
We do, from the details you send. You review it in the preview and correct anything that isn't how you'd say it in the revision round.
