Emuna Sites · a productized service by Emuna Labs

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 August 2026

Who we are & what we collect

Emuna Sites, a productized service by Emuna Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), collects information that you provide through our forms, by email, and during onboarding and support. This may include your name, business, contact details, project information, files and communications.

Cookies & spam protection

This site uses no analytics and no tracking, and sets no cookies of its own. Our contact and onboarding forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots: when you use those forms, Cloudflare checks signals from your browser, receives your IP address in order to validate that check, and may set a cookie for it. Cloudflare's own privacy terms govern that processing.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide services, operate and secure our systems, improve our business, comply with law and communicate about the relationship.

Service providers

Two companies help us run this site and receive what you send: Cloudflare, for hosting, spam protection and email routing, and Google, where form submissions arrive as email and are stored in a spreadsheet. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contracts, security, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Email hello@emunasites.com to make a request. If we ever send you marketing email, you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing that address.

Scope

This website is intended for business users in the United States and is not directed to children.
